How It Works
Switching is the part everyone dreads. Here is what it actually looks like.
You are live in under six weeks, and we do the heavy part. You send us your sites and your data, we build your operation in the platform, bring your history across, and train your crews in the field. Then it is yours to run.

Wherever you are starting from
Starting fresh, running spreadsheets, or stuck on another system. All three work.
You do not need a clean slate or a tidy dataset to start. We have taken operators live from all three, and none of them is the hard one.
Starting fresh
No program yet
Our consultants tell you what rules actually apply to your sites, what has to be filed, and when. They stand the program up, then the platform runs it. You are not guessing at the requirements on your own.
On spreadsheets
It is already in a workbook
Spreadsheets are exactly what we ask for. Send the CSV and your facilities, wells, users, and locations go straight into the platform. The tracker you have been maintaining by hand becomes the system that maintains itself.
On another system
Leaving software you already pay for
Export what you have, or point us at it and we will pull it. Your inspection history and OGI video come across, so switching does not mean starting your record over or keeping the old subscription alive just to read it.
The standup
Seven steps, six weeks, most of the work on our side.
We learn how you actually operate.
Which sites, which rules apply where, and how your team works today. We come out of it with the plan and you know exactly what is coming.
We build your operation in the platform.
Facilities, wells, users, location data, and the regulatory regime each site falls under. You send it as a CSV, or point us at the system you want connected for live data and we take it from there. Workflows come standard, or we configure them the way you want them. Same with reports: standard formats out of the box, or built to the shape your agencies and your team expect.
We wire up the systems you already run.
If you have methane detection hardware, SCADA, OpenInvoice, or another database or software you rely on, we build the API connection to pull data in or push it out. Bridger, LongPath, CleanConnect, Insight M, your SCADA historian, your accounting system. The platform stops being one more place to enter things and starts being where it all lands.
Your history comes with you.
Past inspections and OGI video come across into the platform, so the record does not start over on day one and an audit of last year still has an answer.
We train the field in the field.
Remote or on site, whichever suits your crews. Field training happens where the work happens, not in a conference room, because that is the only way it sticks.
Under six weeks from kickoff.
Crews capture in the field, the office sees it on the dashboard, and the reports start compiling themselves.
We stay close, then we get out of the way.
Weekly check-ins for the first 30 days, then every other week until you do not need them. The goal is you running it without us, not a permanent dependency.
Who does what
You send us the data. We do the rest.
Most software rollouts quietly become your project. This one does not.
Our side
We do
- Build your sites, wells, users, and regulatory regime into the platform
- Connect live data sources where you want them
- Configure your workflows, standard or custom
- Migrate your inspection history and OGI video
- Train your office and your field crews
- Check in weekly for the first 30 days
Your side
You do
- Send your facilities, wells, users, and location data as a CSV, or tell us what to connect to
- Tell us the regulatory regime your sites fall under
- Take our standard workflows, or tell us how you want yours configured
- Show up to training
Standard on every account
What every customer gets, whichever modules you run.
These are not add-ons and they are not tiers. Pick compliance, maintenance, or both, and all of this comes with it.
Low-cost, unlimited user model
Put every crew member, inspector, and manager on it. Your bill does not go up because your team did. Most platforms charge per seat, which quietly pushes you to keep people off the system that is supposed to have everyone on it.
Online and offline mobile app
iOS and Android. Crews work with no signal and everything syncs when the connection returns.
Report creation and generation
Compliance-ready reports generated in a few clicks, in the format the agency expects.
Facility and route management
Plan, organize, and monitor field activity from one dashboard, by site and by route.
Inventory management
Parts, materials, and supplies tracked so a job does not stop for something sitting in the wrong yard.
User management and permissions
Assign roles and function designations so people see and do exactly what their job requires.
Data pull and querying
Filter, export, and analyze historical data for audits, trend analysis, and regulatory reporting.
Cloud storage and retrieval
Records available anywhere, retrieved instantly, shared without emailing files around.
Dashboard analytics
Real-time view of performance, compliance status, and where work is getting stuck.
Adoption
Will my crews actually use it?
That is the question that decides whether any of this works, and it is why we train in the field instead of over a slide deck. The app is built for someone in gloves standing at a wellhead, not for an analyst at a desk.
- One app for the whole job, not four
- Works offline and syncs when the connection returns
- Photo and video attach to the finding on the spot
- Trained in the field, by people who have done the work

Your workflow, not a template.
Standard workflows cover most operators on day one. When yours are different, or a state rule changes what you have to do, we build it into the platform for you. It is part of the service, not a change order.
Not sure where to start
You do not have to have it figured out.
Get started
Six weeks from now, this could be running.
Tell us about your operation and we will show you the plan, the timeline, and exactly what we need from you.
